Have spent the week fighting an urge for homemade cupcakes, luckily my rear view in the mirror is generally enough to convince me that cake eating is not for me. However; Steve had gone walking, Tom was due home from a week away skiing and Em was at a loose end and I had guest house stuff to do (we are full all over Easter, which is good really but feels a bit bad when I think of everyone else having a 4 day holiday!) so she decided to bake - one of the many things she is seriously good at, she gets it from her mum!
